* Our rooms are designed to accommodate two guests over 16 years of age. Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted on the property. All rates are double occupancy plus taxes.

* Please consider your schedule carefully. Your commitment begins the moment your reservation is confirmed. We require a one night deposit to secure your reservation. You may cancel your reservation fourteen days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay less than fourteen days prior to your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. Please contact us by telephone if you are going to cancel your stay, we do not accept cancellation requests by email or text.
* We maintain a non-smoking Inn.
* Inn to the Woods is a pet-friendly Bed & Breakfast with rooms for guests traveling with their four legged friends.
* You must have a reservation for your pet. Please keep your pet on a leash when walking outside. Pets must be attended: take your pet with you when you leave your room for the day (You can arrange for pet sitting at Animal Inn and Wellness Center if you want to be on your own for a while).
* Our pet fee is $25.00 per pet per stay.
* Check-in is 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you are going to arrive after 7:00 pm, please let us know and we can arrange for self-check in.
* Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need a later time, please talk with the Innkeeper.
