Breakfast at the Inn
Among our breakfast offerings are: French toast using Seattle Sourdough bread, traditionally prepared but with a hint of orange; homemade buckwheat pancakes with fresh blueberries (in season) served with real Vermont maple syrup; potato-cup frittata with three cheeses. All accompanied by fresh fruit, juice and coffee.
Our breakfast seating is at 9:00 am each day but if you’re getting an early start on your day, or want to sleep late, let the Innkeeper know the day before or when you arrive and we’ll make arrangements.
Special diets can be accommodated if we are notified in advance.
