Breakfast at the Inn

We serve a full breakfast each morning at 9:00am. The menu includes traditional American French toast made with Bainbridge Island cinnamon bread dipped in a mixture of eggs, cream and a touch of Fiori di Sicilia. A French country pain perdu (literally "lost bread") a dish created to revive stale baguettes; our version is baked to a golden crisp and served with real maple syrup. Ever popular, fresh blueberry pancakes remain on our menu.
Egg centered offerings include a Leek Frittata made with Fontina and Swiss cheeses. Our individually sized quiches are baked in a shredded potato crust. New is a dish with a bit of Mexican flair: scrambled eggs served in a corn tortilla bowl, topped with Mexican cheeses, diced tomatoes and cilantro accompanied by homemade chorizo.
All our breakfasts are served with a breakfast protein, fresh fruit, juice and muffins or biscuits.
Special diets can be accommodated if we are notified in advance.
