-Reservation Policy-

* Our rooms are designed to accommodate two guests. All rates are double             occupancy plus taxes. 
* Reservations are suggested to avoid disappointment. 
* There are two ways to make reservations – please use whichever is most               convenient for you. You can check availability and make reservations online         or call us at (360) 378-9501. 
* We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and travelers checks and                  reservations are secured by credit card number. 
* Please consider your schedule carefully. Your time commitment begins the           moment your reservation is confirmed. We require a one night deposit to             secure your reservation. You may cancel your reservation fourteen days               prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50.00                       cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation or shorten your stay less               than fourteen days prior to your arrival, you will be charged the full amount         of  your reservation. Please contact us by telephone if you are going to                 cancel your stay, we do not accept cancellation requests by email or fax. 
* We maintain a non-smoking Inn. 
* Inn to the Woods is a pet-friendly Bed & Breakfast with rooms for guests               traveling with their four legged friends (The Salal Room and the Arbor Room). * You must have a reservation for your pet. Please do not bring your pet into the
Inn common areas and keep them on a leash when walking outside.
   We also ask that you take your pet with you when you leave your room for the     day. (You can arrange for pet sitting at Animal Inn and Wellness Center if you       want to be on your own for a while.) Our pet fee is $20.00.

* Check-in is 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. If you are going to arrive after 7:30 pm, please      let us know. 
* Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need a later time, please talk with the               Innkeeper. 

* Gift certificates are available.

* Physical distancing to the maximum extent possible (six feet minimum).
* Use of face coverings by quests and employees.
* Frequent handwashing and regular cleaning/disinfecting
* No touch temperature, symptom screenings and hand sanitizing at check-in.
* Due to Covid-19 regulations we are currently unable to offer our usual daily
   room cleaning service.
