small plates and salads

Bacon Wrapped Dates have blue cheese, balsamic reduction, and arugula. Artisan Cheeseboard has a daily selection of cheese, a dalmatia fig jam, apple and crostini. The pountine has fresh cut fries, sweet onion gravy and yummy cheese curds.

The Tender
Field Greens Salad is full of 
greens, carrot, radish, has has a sherry vinaigrette dressing. The Caesar Salad has romaine lettuce, house made dressing, fresh croutons, and topped with Parmesan cheese.

The Beet Salad is stuffed with 
greens, chioggia beets, honeycrisp apple, candied nuts and topped with blue cheese. The yummy Steak Salad has greens, bavette steak strips, cherry tomatoes, avocado and topped with blue cheese. 

Pub classics & full plates 

A pub staple, Fish & Chips is full of beer battered fish, house tartar sauce and of course a giant helping of fresh cut fries.
The Sheppards Pie is stuffed with slow braised lam covered in a crispy mashed potato crust.

The Local Bangers & Mash has local bangers, mashed potatoes and a sweet onion gravy. The Steak and Chips has a bavette steak, salsa verde and fresh cut fries. The Sockeye Salmon uses the local Marinkovich family's salmon, mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and a romesco sauce.

The Roasted Half Chicken has a house chili rub, grilled vegetables, rice and panjus. The Ploughman's Platter consists of ham, pickled onions, cheese curds, pickles and grilled bread.

The Lamb Burger has valbreso feta, mama lil's peppers, tomato mint aioli and a side of mixed greens. Stout Spiked Chicken Sandwich is full of bacon, brie, apple, house made fig aioli, frisee and a side of mixed greens.

The Cask Vegetarian Burger has house made rice, mushroom and nut patty, feta, pickles, watercress and a side of mixed greens. The Eggplant sandich has an eggplant and red pepper spread, hummus, olives, and pickled onions.

The Island Burger has Black family farms beef, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeno aioli and a side of fries. 
The Cubano has pork, ham, mustard, pickled peppers, manchego, cheddar and a side of fries.

Goat Sandwich is full of Lum farms braised goat, crispy leeks, arugula, jalapeno aioli and a side of mixed greens. The Blackened Sockeye Sandwich has sockeye salmon with a house made spice rub, mango slaw, onion, tomato and a side of mixed greens.
